"Hello, my name's Cara and I work for the CX Performance and Inclusion strategy team.
A Life More Virgin means I have greater flexibility and it takes the pressure off being a working mum. It allows me to take my little girl to preschool without feeling the stress of having to arrange any extra cover. It means I can enjoy those moments and not miss out on any of them. Hi, my name's Mina. I work in Brand and Marketing in our cards campaigns team for our existing customers.
A Life More Virgin allowed me to move from my hometown of Newcastle where I was based in Gosforth for six years, to Manchester after getting married last year - and still keep my job, when I'd been worried I would have to leave Virgin Money. As a practicing Muslim, A Life More Virgin is a massive help to me because I'm able to pray during the day without feeling like I need to push that to one side. It means a part of me that is really, really important is incorporated into my working day. I feel really proud to work for Virgin Money because I get to talk about the flexibility that we're allowed and the support that I receive from my team.
