- We’ve developed and signposted resources to help with financial education and digital inclusion, with particular focus for vulnerable customers (Goal 3)
- Through our partnerships and strong links with our Virgin Money Foundation, we’re supporting charities and community organisations who operate at the heart of local communities (Goal 3)
- We’ve made external commitments to achieve net zero in our operational and financed emissions and we’re holding ourselves to account by being transparent about our progress (Goal 4)
