Rhidian, our Payments Senior Change Manager at Virgin Money and one of the chairs for our Vets@Virgin colleague network, undertook a challenge to not only pay respect to his grandad Ernie's experience serving in the army in World War II but also raise funds for our charity partner SAMH. To remember his grandad's heroics, Rhidian covered the same distance as his grandad did from D-Day to VE Day- a grand total of 1,062km! Colleagues in our Glasgow office cheered him on as he completed his final kilometres on the office rooftop running track.
