As a Business Analyst, you will act as a crucial link between stakeholders and technical teams, assessing business opportunities, defining project scopes, and facilitating the delivery of valuable change. You’ll ensure initiatives are prioritised, well-understood, and effectively implemented, supporting the entire change lifecycle while embedding business improvements and ensuring value delivery.
You'll be exposed to a range of delivery methodologies and concepts, and you will benefit from a wide range of learning and development opportunities and industry wide (Business Analyst & Project Manager) certifications including the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the team delivering change initiatives. The key to your success will be your prioritisation, planning and decision-making abilities. In this role, you'll be playing an active part to motivate change teams and encourage collaboration amongst colleagues. You'll be Identify risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) within a project and develop solutions to these problems. Your planning skills will be put to the test and you'll deliver the most appropriate change methodology and have the ability to recognise when something does not work.
You'll get to work with a range of stakeholders, facilitate meetings with them and technical experts to ensure there is clear communication and continuous improvement.Start date June 2026

Here you'll play a key role in driving project and portfolio success by ensuring strategic alignment, data-driven decision-making, and consistent delivery practices. You'll work across the governance and assurance frameworks, performance tracking, and portfolio reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll have the chance to dive into analysing project data, identifying trends and risks and using this insight to drive meaningful change.
